Welcome

The surgery website is a most effective way of giving our patients access to help and the latest information 24 hours a day, seven days a week. It contains complete information about all the services we offer. It also details how the practice is organised and introduces our doctors, other medical and administrative staff and describes their various responsibilities.

Did you know you can now book and manage your appointments and prescriptions online?

To register for this service please bring photographic ID to the surgery and speak to a member of our reception team. Visit http://patient.info/patient-access for more information or to access the online system once you have registered. You can also download the app for free to your smartphone so you can manage appointments and prescriptions on the go. Please note this service is available to over 16's only.

Chaperones

You have right to request that a chaperone be present with you during your consultation; please inform your GP if you wish to do this. Likewise your GP / Nurse may request a chaperone be present during your consultation.

Access and Facilities for the Disabled

The Health Centre has purpose built facilities for the disabled, such as ramps, a lift, extra-wide doors, disabled toilets and wheelchairs upon request. If you require assistance please inform a member of our team and we will endeavour to help wherever we can.

Temporary Residents

If you are away from home anywhere is the UK and require medical attention, you can go to the nearest doctor and be registered as a temporary resident to obtain medical treatment.
